Odeon

Our first impression from the initial visit to the space where ODEON was about to be built were the intense rays of light cutting through the big windows of the building painting luminous squares on the floors. 7 meters high and 25 meters deep the space had something holly about it , something that felt almost like being in a church.

Odeon was an attempt in manipulating that feeling of awe by turning it into a friendly and informal language where the classical “glass vitrages” turn into graphic billboards which not only serve as conveying the DNA of this Hamburger place, but also endowing this lofty space with a sense of clarity, human proportions, rhythm and order.
