Dizengoff Hotel

99 Dizengoff St. Hotel sets the stage for Tel-Aviv’s most iconic street where fashion, retail, restaurants and coffee places are now recapturing its heydays of prominent low and high culture.

The Hotel is for the fun-loving young at heart and for those in the know. Designed as an upside-down hotel, its street level hosts a coffee-bar and a restaurant delivering the Tel Aviv experience of sheer locality that seizes the day 24/7. A panoramic top floor welcomes the city guests with views over Bauhaus roof tops, sunsets and sea, rendering a sense of arrival as the perfect refuge from the bustling Dizengoff street below. Just above is the cherry on top; a swimming pool and bar that make for a perfect party space during the everlasting Tel-Avivian summers.

The Basement floor introduces a public destination space that curates the best talents of the city from all walks of life; fashion, music, art, theatre are just part of the menu while renting out for private occasions is welcomed.

99 Dizengoff St. Hotel is a former Bauhaus residential building designed in the early 30’s by Philip Huett. Our design pays homage to the Bauhaus and its legacy; simple pure geometries with a bold color scheme expressed by craft of mass production. The overall feel of the hotel is of a refined mundane simplicity with a crave for simple pleasures.
